Coach-led classes designed to help women build confidence, consistency, and strength in a supportive women-only space.
Regular Class Times
Regular classes run Monday to Friday at 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM, and 5:30 PM, with a Saturday class every week at 10:00 AM.
Monthly Schedule
Select 6:00 AM classes are highlighted below. Open gym is available 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, except while classes are running.
Class Breakdown Monday
A focused lower-body strength class built around glutes, legs, stability, and controlled movement.
Tuesday
A high-energy class combining strength, conditioning, and intervals to challenge your whole body.
Wednesday
A strength-focused upper-body session targeting back, shoulders, arms, posture, and control.
Thursday
A second full-body session designed to build stamina, confidence, and mental grit.
Friday
A total-body strength class built around resistance training, form, and steady progress.
